Crossed The Tiber

An Evangelical Converts to Catholicism

My Photo
Name:
Location: Pennsylvania, United States

I was born into the Catholic faith. At 14, I was "born again" and found Jesus personally but lost His Church. After thirty years as an evangelical protestant, I have come full circle to find that He has been there all the time, in the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church. I wish others to find the beauty and truth of the Catholic faith as I have found.

One Billion Stories

Seth J. DeMoor has started an online apostolate called One Billion Stories. His premise is that there are 1 billion Catholics on the earth and each one has a unique story. He has literally taken to the streets on his bike with a video camera to record these stories of how God has worked in a person's life through His Church.  Each day he has posted a new video or content based on his interviews.
Once again, the young people are really taking to heart Pope John Paul 2 and Pope Benedict's admonition to become a part of the New Evangelization. Check out his website, keep them in prayer and send a few quid if you can.
Also, if you want, you can have content from his website automatically delivered to your tweet, facebook or other social media using this tool here: Dlvr.it
If we don't take advantage of these opportunities to share our faith, you know someone else will!

How God has changed people's lives *through* His Church. Yes! Lead people to His Church and you lead them to Christ, for He and His Bride, the Church, HIS CHURCH are one, always and forever! Thanks, Russ. Great find!
