“A year ago I was on a local Chicago news program and the opening [statement] was: ‘You represent the religion that has the worst public relations in the world.’ I said, ‘Yes, we have this problem, but I refuse to let 2,000 years of Catholicism be reduced to the sexual-abuse scandal. A handful of people did terrible things, but we have 2,000 years of beauty, art, architecture, liturgy and the saints. We have St. Thomas Aquinas, [Blessed] Mother Teresa, the Notre Dame Cathedral. I don’t want that reduced to the sexual-abuse scandal.’ I want our story told, and that’s a reason I did this.”

Being motivated makes things easier.
I don't get EWTN on the television. Do you know if we can watch it on the internet?
Dont think so , but perhaps you can check ewtn's website?
EWTN can be watched live on their website, at least in the U.S (and probably internationally, I would think).
Just go to the site, click on the "Television" link at the top of the page, drop down to the "Live TV" link, click on it, and choose whether you want to watch with "Flash" quality (best quality sound and picture, but it might be "too much" for some older computers) or regular quality. Then, start watching! It's the main way that I watch EWTN now, as I no longer have cable!
