Crossed The Tiber

An Evangelical Converts to Catholicism

My Photo
Name:
Location: Pennsylvania, United States

I was born into the Catholic faith. At 14, I was "born again" and found Jesus personally but lost His Church. After thirty years as an evangelical protestant, I have come full circle to find that He has been there all the time, in the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church. I wish others to find the beauty and truth of the Catholic faith as I have found.

Here's An Early Christmas Present to My Faithful Readers

My arrangement of God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen on hammer dulcimer, mandolin and guitar, originally recorded on a vintageTascam 4 track cassette machine in the 1990's and mixed and mastered in a pro studio.

Yes, the Hammer Dulcimer. I, of course, knew that. Sounds great!

Thanks Patrick!
One of the largest hammer dulcimer companies (Masterworks) was centered in Estes Park . A nice evangelical guy named Russell Cook started the company.
If you ever read about Rich Mullins, you will learn why I have such a connection to the hammer dulcimer, even though I was playing it before I heard of him, I believe he may have been one of the ones from heaven praying me into the Church.
