An Evangelical Converts to Catholicism

My Photo
Name:
Location: Pennsylvania, United States

I was born into the Catholic faith. At 14, I was "born again" and found Jesus personally but lost His Church. After thirty years as an evangelical protestant, I have come full circle to find that He has been there all the time, in the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church. I wish others to find the beauty and truth of the Catholic faith as I have found.

Another Protestant Abandons the Cult "Abolish Human Abortion"

The Westboro Baptists of the Pro Life Movement, "AHA" continue to alienate the body of Christ in both Protestant and Catholic circles. Here's the latest article where the author explains his attempts to speak the truth in love to them. His conclusion is that they have become the enemies of the gospel.
My take on these folks are that they are only charading  as anti -abortion but fattening their wallets and gaining notoriety with the proceeds from their merch sales and membership fees.  If they were serious about ending abortion, they would protest their own churches that don't lift a finger to end abortion. Rhology, whose real name is Alan Maricle, attends Berry Road Baptist that preaches one watered-down sermon a year on abortion. Why doesn't he direct his Church Repent project  there?  Or his spiritual mentor Dr. James White? His church never does anything to end the holocaust yet Alan continues to receive and promote the teachings of Dr. White, even publishing pictures of him standing with Dr White on his blog. Dr. White's ministry does nothing to save babies and Alan has no problem with that. Yet when there is a Catholic anti-abortion march, guess whose standing on the sidelines cowering in the shadows heckling Catholics? Yep the minions of AHA!
