After thirty years as an evangelical protestant, I have come full circle to find that He has been there all the time, in the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church. If the reformers could cast off the original canon of scripture accepted for 1500 years based on personal illumination, what prevents modern day protestants from doing the same?
