A Day in the Life of a Catholic Blogger
Blogging about blogging
An Evangelical Converts to Catholicism
I was born into the Catholic faith. At 14, I was "born again" and found Jesus personally but lost His Church. After thirty years as an evangelical protestant, I have come full circle to find that He has been there all the time, in the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church. I wish others to find the beauty and truth of the Catholic faith as I have found.

Your valuable contributions to blogology notwithstanding, I do earnestly pray that you will find peace and strength by taking up a hobby of some sort; perhaps music?
I love it!
Looks like me while I am blogging. I have 3-4 books sitting in front of me constantly using them as references.

I did try to learn play cards once, I vaguely remember it not going so well. The person who was trying to teach me said something to the effect of "How could you be so smart and be so stupid?" A recurrent theme in my life.( The Scarecrow theory here)
Ah yes... music, The only sensual pleasure without vice. I do have a few guitars lying around in need of tuning. Maybe I could learn Greg's chant too?
JP:
The stack of books is actually much higher and on both sides of the computer, but for the sake of the video I attenuated the stack. I also have a little statue of St. Joseph next to the monitor, not seen in the video. (It's my baptismal name)
The other person not shown in the video is Prodigal Daughter reminding me (kindly of course) that I told her I would only blog 1 hour a day!
That was hilarious! We really are a bunch of theology geeks. :-)
Are stories are similiar, my confirmation name is Joseph as well.
I love your humor! This is a classic. Some non-Catholic viewers might be disappointed, however, by the lack of any obvious idolatry, or your licking the screen or something. ha ha. Plus you are not showing and justifying your cellulite ha.
I put away the idols, incense burners holy water, blessed medals, holy cards and screen saver iconography before the filming.
